What services are included in the price?
Prices are per person per day inclusive of 10% VAT and include:
- Buffet breakfast in the seaside terrace and veranda
- 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella per room on the private beach in front of the hotel
- 1 parking space per room
- Wi-fi access in common areas inside the hotel
- Use of the pool.
What does half-board prices include?
Buffet breakfast, dinner with choice of menu and buffet of appetizers and vegetables.
Can I upgrade to full board?
Yes, you can upgrade to full board for a daily surcharge per person on half board price.
Do you offer a restaurant service for lunch?
Yes, from 12.40 to 13.40 you can take advantage of our à la carte restaurant-snack in the pool terrace.
Are sunbeds by the pool included?
No, The bed has an extra cost of € 3 per day.
Do you provide beach towels?
We are unfortunately not able to provide these.
The price is including the tourist tax?
No, the city tax is calculated separately, for the season 2016 amounts to Euro 1.50 per person per day for up to seven days in the periods when it is scheduled.
Children under 12 years old are exempt.
What time is check in?
From 14:00 hours
And the check-out?
Is it possible to use the room any earlier than the normal check-in time?
The early check-in is possible (subject to availability of rooms) only by prior arrangement with the management.
At what time it is possible to make a late check-out?
The rooms must be vacated by 10.00am. Possible late check-out, must be requested the night before the day of departure, subject to availability. Up to 18 hours it is counted 50% of the cost of the room.
What is the availability of parking?
The parking space is by arrival until 10am the day of departure.
Can I take advantage of the beach / pool if the room is not yet available when we arrive or the day of departure?
Certainly, we can store your luggage and you can use the pool or beach places, depending on availability.
Do you accept animals?
How can I pay at the start?
In cash up to € 2,999 (according to the provisions of Italian law)
By credit card, VISA, MASTERCARD, CASH MACHINE.
What is required on confirmation?
A deposit to be sent by bank transfer.
What are the cancellation policies?
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus 20 € fixed costs.
No show or cancellations made from the 14th day until the day of arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
For late arrivals or early departures, they will be charged up to a maximum of 3 nights not used.
Can I book a transfer?
Certainly, for a fee, by arrangement with the reception. To and from all airports and / or railway stations.
